I went to the pregnancy yoga from about 18 weeks, and really glad I did! Before I started yoga I was quite afraid of childbirth but Alison made me feel much more confident in myself and the natural birth-giving qualities of my body.I learned a lot in her classes about a broad range of pregnancy and birth-related topics, both from Alison and the other women in our class.
